Location: Newcastle/Gateshead – Hybrid (part-remote)
Salary: £26,000 – £28,000 base + uncapped commission | OTE: £55,000 – £60,000
Hours: Full-time (40 hours/week, Mon–Fri, flexible between 8am–6pm)

Kove Properties is on a mission to help 10,000 people achieve financial freedom through smart, long-term property investing — and we’re looking for a driven, commercially minded Property Sales Consultant to join us on that journey.

 

You’ll be working with a mix of engaged, paying clients who have signed up to our service, and older contacts who’ve shown interest in the past. Your job is to re-engage, build trust, and guide them through smart investment decisions — backed by the support of a mission-driven, values-led company.

We’ve just come off our best year of sales yet and are heading into our most exciting chapter to date — expanding into nationwide property investment opportunities for our fast-growing client base.

The Package

  • £27,000–£28,000 base salary, depending on experience

  • OTE £55,000–£60,000, with top performers earning more

What You'll Be Doing

  • Engage and support a warm pipeline of active clients

  • Reconnect with previous prospects to reignite interest

  • Understand client goals and present the right investment opportunities

  • Help clients navigate the process from selection through to purchase

  • Liaise with internal teams to keep deals moving

  • Maintain accurate client and pipeline data in the CRM

  • Hit (and exceed) monthly revenue and performance targets

  • Contribute to improving how we present deals and handle objections

Who You Are

  • You have at least 1 year of sales experience, ideally in a consultative or high-value environment

  • You’re confident and professional, with a talent for building trust quickly

  • You’re organised, proactive, and take ownership of your pipeline

  • You thrive in a high-performance culture and want to progress

  • You care about doing the right thing for your clients, not just making the sale

  • You’re comfortable working independently in a hybrid environment

Bonus if you bring:

  • Experience in property or investment sales

  • Knowledge of buy-to-let strategy or the UK property market

  • Confidence using CRMs and structured sales processes
